 History

A picturesque 2-story home was built in the early 1940's and destroyed by a fire in 2006. The original concrete foundation and porches still exist. Whether one uses the existing foundation or starts over from scratch, the site would make a beautiful location for a beautiful new home.

SUMMER CABIN: One cabin is considered a "summer" cabin and is currently occupied by a caretaker. The 400+- square foot summer cabin includes one room that functions as a bedroom / living area; a bath with a shower, sink and toilet; a good size kitchen with a propane range/oven, refrigerator, sink and oak cabinets. The exterior has a comp roof and 1" x 12" cedar siding made from timber harvested from the ranch.

WINTER CABIN: The "Winter" cabin is approximately 12' x 14' in size, has a bathroom and one room with a potbellied stove, and redwood flooring.

 Outbuildings

With a history of horses, the property has a large horse barn and equipment shed. A separate shed / tack building, measuring approximately 8' x 12', is built with wood siding made from cedar found on the property.

 Ponds

There are two ponds on the property. The north pond, near the cabins, is almost an acre in size. The south pond is approximately 3/4 acre in size and runs 6' - 8' in depth. Both ponds are relatively full all year and both have a variety of fish.

 Domestic Water

Drinking water for the ranch is supplied by a well. With a depth of approximately 185 feet, it produces 45 - 48 GPM. In addition, the pump house is insulated with a heater to keep it from freezing in the winter.

 Power

Electrical power for the improvements on the ranch is provided by PG&E. There is also a propane tank for the summer cabin.
