 History

The acreage was involved in the Fountain Fire which occurred in August 1992. The fire destroyed over 600 structures and burned over 64,000 acres. At the time, there were 3 occupied structures on the property, and all were destroyed. Electric, well and septics were operational at the time. Conditions of the well and septics are unknown.

 Water Features

Very few properties can feature 2 sets of large impressive water falls! Cedar Creek is a year-around fishing creek and flows through approximately 1800' of the acreage. Near the center of the property, the creek forms the first set of large falls (upper falls) and a large swimming hole. This set of falls is the most accessible.
Approximately 700' downstream is another large set of water falls (lower falls). This impressive set of falls forms a natural "water slide" down the face of an adjacent smooth rock face......cascading into a large swimming hole. Below these falls are several smaller falls and swimming holes.
